Submitting a contact form, uploading files or requesting an estimate does not create a construction contract, authorize work or reserve a start date.
Dates entered in our inquiry form express your preferences only. Project acceptance and scheduling require confirmation directly from us.
Estimates and Pricing
Preliminary estimates based on photographs, measurements or customer-provided information may require an on-site assessment and further review.
Project pricing depends on the agreed scope, material selections, labor requirements, site conditions and other relevant factors. Any estimate’s validity period, inclusions and exclusions will be stated in the applicable written proposal.
Website examples do not add work, materials or features to an estimate or signed agreement.
Written Project Agreements
Construction and remodeling work is governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement establishes the scope of work, price, payment arrangements, scheduling, responsibilities and any applicable warranty terms.
If website information conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls the contracted work, subject to applicable law.
These website terms do not amend an existing project agreement.
Scope Changes and Hidden Conditions
Changes to an approved design, material selection or scope may affect pricing and completion dates. Changes will be documented and approved through the process established in the project agreement.
Removing materials or opening concealed areas may reveal conditions that were not visible during an initial assessment. We will communicate identified issues and address any resulting changes under the project agreement and applicable law.
Scheduling
Project schedules may be affected by material availability, weather, inspections, permitting, approved changes or unexpected site conditions.
Scheduling obligations and the handling of delays are governed by the project agreement. General timelines shown on the website are not guaranteed completion dates.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit requirements, payment schedules, cancellation procedures and any applicable refunds will be addressed in the written project agreement.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a payment obligation. These website terms do not establish a blanket nonrefundable-deposit policy or remove cancellation rights provided by law.
If financing is offered, eligibility, approval, rates and repayment terms are determined by the financing provider. Website references to financing do not guarantee approval.
Materials, Photographs and Illustrations
Colors, textures and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings and natural material variations. Final selections should be confirmed using the available product specifications or samples.
Our website includes actual project photographs and illustrative images. Some illustrative images are digitally generated or enhanced and do not depict our actual employees, customers or completed projects.

Submitting files does not, by itself, authorize their publication in our advertising or gallery. Promotional use requires separate permission.
Do not submit malicious files, unlawful content, passwords, payment card details or property access codes through the website form.
